-Take about 12 regular sized marshmallows (or more!) and broil them in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Watch these babies closely or they might catch on fire. And don’t be tempted to use mini-mallows. They won’t give you the right char-to-gooey-mallow ratio.
-Let the marshmallows cool. Then blend them with two cups of vanilla ice cream and one cup of milk.
-Pour into glasses and garnish with a toasted marshmallow. Take a big sip and you’ll be speechless.
